We recognise how important discretion is when purchasing a product like ours. That's why all online orders are shipped in plain white boxes with the full retail package discreetly placed inside. For shipping / customs purposes, the shipping label will declare that the box contains a 'Water Pump'.
In addition, to avoid any recognisable product name appearing on your statement, all transactions will appear from 'DX Products'.
